Directory Synch & coexistence tools

Not easy, especially if you're using the same internet domain for all users. You'll have to look at directory synchronization with Exchange as an option so the directories have the same info, and there are ways to set the email address (using other internet mail) in individuals person document so it can direct the mail to the Exchange domain. And you'll likely need a connector for Calendar coexistence.
